Large Barrel Stave Bourbon Flight Board

$50 single board · $170 set of four boards

Made from a real bourbon barrel stave — not a look-alike. The board keeps the stave's natural arch, and the charred inside face is fully sealed in polyurethane under a clear coat, so the char stays on the board, not on your hands or table.

Five recesses hold your glasses, and the full set of 12 tasting chips is included. Black T-bar grips at both ends let you carry a full flight in your fingers or balanced on your thumb, one-handed and steady — features like this are hard to find. Your requested logo is laser-engraved on the board; the sample shown reads Buffalo Trace Distillery.

At Esfore' we don't skimp on materials or features. We build the boards that real bourbon lovers want!

The chip system. What makes these flight boards different is the chip system. Wooden tasting chips seat in the board under each glass and name what's in it, so halfway through a tasting nobody has to ask which pour was which. The classic chips walk you through each pour — POUR, NOSE, SIP, SAVOR. The special 12-chip set (a $5 add-on) names the style in the glass: Bourbon, Rye, Wheated, Small Batch, Single Barrel, Barrel Select, Cask Strength, High Proof, Bottled-in-Bond, Double Oaked, Limited Release, and Aged 18 Years.
